Here are the directions to South Philadelphia Soccer Club's home field at
74th and Lindbergh Blvd (Penrose Park). Please note, that if the Eagles are
playing at home, these directions lead you right into the heart of the stadium
traffic on I-95. For that reason, here are two sets of directions. The first is
the most direct on I-95 and the second will start you on I-95 but
lead you through South Philly in order to avoid Eagles traffic.

Directions to South Philadelphia Soccer Club Field
I - 95 South to exit 15 (Enterprise / Island Avenue).
Follow exit ramp down (this is Enterprise Road). Cross over Ft. Mifflin Road
(Stop Sign).
Continue on Enterprise road (Atlantic Aviation is now on your Left Side) and
follow to the dead end which is Philadelphia International Airport.
Make a Right at the dead end (Stop Sign) - you are now on Island Avenue.
Continue on Island Avenue (on the Left is the airport and on the right are
hotels)
crossing over Penrose Avenue (major intersection) and then eventually Batram
Avenue
(another major intersection).
After crossing over Batram Avenue and staying on Island Avenue, start moving to
the Right hand lane.
You will go over a small railroad bridge and on the down span of that bridge,
there will be an exit to the right
for Suffolk Avenue. Take that cut out and keep to the right side as their will
be an exit for Lindbergh Blvd.
shortly after. Turn right on Lindbergh Blvd.
Almost immediately after taking the right on Lindbergh Blvd., you'll see a
Dunkin Doughnuts on the Left. Go up to
the turning lane on the left and take that turn into the Dunkin Doughnuts'
Parking Lot. Be careful as this is a busy
four lane street.
(If you've gone by the United States Post Office Headquarters on the right side
- you've gone too far.)
Park there as the field is on the grass to the right.
ALTERNATE DIRECTIONS
I 95 South to Washington Avenue Exit. At the
bottom of the exit, stay on the right.
Turn right onto Columbus Blvd and stay in the right lane.
Follow about three blocks to Washington Avenue and turn right.
Follow Washington Ave for about three miles until you come upon 25th Street.
Turn left.
(You'll know you're at 25th Street because when you turn left you'll be driving
under a railroad
bridge that runs the length of the Street.)
Stay in the middle lane on 25th Street and follow all the way until the end,
approximately, 1.5 miles.
This is Passyunk Avenue.
At the dead end, you will make a Right turn on to Passyunk Avenue.
Continue on Passyunk Ave, passing 1-76 on the right and Oregon on the left.
Go over the Passyunk Avenue Bridge passing 61st Street.
Continue to 63rd Street and take the right turn cut out.
Follow 63rd Street about two - three blocks to Lindbergh Blvd.
Make a left onto Lindbergh and follow straight - past 74th Street to the Dunkin
Doughnuts.
Turn right into the parking lot.
*Please note that this is mostly stop and go driving, but will avoid events at
the Sports Complex.
It will more than likely add 20 minutes to your trip.

Directions to Community Park:
From 95:
Follow 95 North to Newtown Exit (Route 332)
At end of exit ramp make left onto route 332 West.
Follow 332 for 5 traffic lights and make left onto Woodbourne Road. The Newtown Athletic Club is at the intersection.
Follow Woodbourne Road to second traffic light and make left onto Langhorne-Yardley road.
Community Park is a half mile up on your left.
